I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes after signing for my prescription, while they pushed 3 other customers through on the other side. I just find that simply ridiculous.
Lady in the drive thru was extremely rude. I was told my script would be ready by 12:30pm and it wasn't and told to wait another hour. I'll be switching to a different pharmacy for my families needs.
They always act like they are doctors and won’t refill a script because in their mind I don’t need it. I’m pretty sure my dr went to school for many years and knows what I need more than a pharmacist.
The worst pharmacy around. called for 3 days trying to get my prescription refilled because for some reason they don’t like to refill it as scheduled?? Called Monday, Tuesday, and now today (Wednesday) and they are saying they don’t have it now and they need to order it and it won’t be here till Friday. Thing is they still won’t refill it on Friday! This pharmacy is terrible and the people that work there are just rude.
