On two separate occasions, I attempted to pick up prescriptions sent by my doctor, only to be told they weren't in the system. While the first issue was eventually resolved, my experience today was unacceptable I arrived at 4:00 PM to pick up a script sent at 9:00 AM. 10/11/25. Worst experience ever.!! Horrible nasty service from a very ignorant unprofessional pharmacy worker “carmen”. Clearly miserable and underpaid 🤣. Clearly she intimidated by a woman with a career🤣. Fire her!! She’s disgusting
