Will never fill anything at this pharmacy again. Had a rx for lantus pen for my cat. After 3 days of no text message went to pharmacy and they said had issue with quantity since rx only said one. They said not sure if 1 pen or 1 box. Drug form was listed as pen not pens. I said I was ok with 1 pen but tech said that would be fraud. Fraud to whom ??? Not covered by insurance. 1 pen is smallest amount it can dispensed. Not first time had trouble with this pharmacy but it is last time.
I love this pharmacy. They are pretty quick and if you ever have a problem with your insurance or your medication, they are more than willing to go out of their way to help you. Stephanie is always so nice and very helpful.
