Horrible experience my prescription was called in at 9 o’clock from the doctors. I called them and they said it’ll be ready in about an hour at 12:30. I get there and they said it’s not ready yet. It’ll be about 15 to 30 minutes. I go back 15 to 30 minutes and it’s still not ready. I have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes Very rude and inconsiderate especially when someone is feeling under the weather they just wanna get in and get out and get their prescriptions. Will definitely be switching pharmacies
Winn Dixie pharmacy closed so I needed a difference place. My first phone call was with Maria. She was brilliant and very helpful. However, that's the last positive interaction I've had with this pharmacy. I'm going to stick it out until after the new year. It's been many months and the problems are consistent! I have 8 prescriptions per month. I sure miss the people at Winn Dixie!!
I needed important meds where I missed my pharmacy so my doctor was sending prescription 20 minutes before they closed, I called them to coordinate my pickup as I would be there before they closed and was told it takes 15 minutes to fill so they would not do anything for me, I began to ask that even if I was there before close and she said you know what click hung up on me. I called back to the hospital who found a 24hr CVS in largo for me, it's an hr+ drive but at least I'm alive. Thanks to Advent health. Walmart will never... read more
Worse Pharmacy in the area! I wish I could give this pharmacy no stars at all! The problem that both my fiancée and I have been having with this pharmacy is the fact that when you send over a script over to them they end up saying that it’s either too soon too fill or that it’s out of refills… I saw my doctor TWICE within one month! They sent over a script to them for my Bayer Aspirin for a 90 day supply! Well anyways the pharmacist Ilda says to me that they never sent over a script for it right when I saw the Dr twice!
