I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 10 Years and have very rarely been disappointed… Deb is phenomenal and treats you like family and Nancy has gone above and beyond more times than I can count Thank you to all the staff members for your continued professionalism..Much appreciated! XO
Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. My husband dropped off a prescription and waited 20 minutes behind one customer while the other 2 pharmacist stood behind the counter talking. Then tried to call to check on the status and both of us were put on hold immediately and sat on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on without ever talking to someone.
filing a complaint against hannah mcgrew's licese. after paying for my prescription, i declined conseling. hannah, a pharmacist, would not give me my prescription. she screamed at me something, in front of customers. when i requested that she give me my meds so i can leave she did. today, i have a new script for b/p and she refused to fill it. this pharmacy told me to go to er to get my prescriptions refilled. the emergency room is for EMERGENCIES to pharmacy refills. the pharmacist, hannah, is unprofessional and i would not... read more
this pharmacy told me to go to er to get my prescriptions refilled. the emergency room is for EMERGENCIES to pharmacy refills. the pharmacist, hannah, is unprofessional and i would not have her fill any of my prescriptions. and nicola, the store ops manager, is rude. i have called muntilple times to speak to a manager but i have not spoken to anyone.
