Pharmacists are very polite but I got no notice whatsoever that my Rx was ready. My Dr had sent in new Rx, but no idea if/when refill would be ready, so I waited & waited, finally called & was told they had put it back into stock since I didn’t show up. Now I get here & they’re at lunch. Terrible communication.
I don’t know what happened to this pharmacy. I used to be able to get my prescription without any hassle but as of lately the workers have become lazy or maybe understaffed. They don’t call doctors to authorize prescriptions and blame customers when it’s THEIR JOB as pharmacist. They have elders who were denied crucial medications because they weren’t sent to the doctors at the appropriate time to authorize.
Nice clean store. Prejudice at check out counter. Only one regular check out open_ Walmart attempts to force you to self check out.
