Joanna gave me a hard time! When I asked her her name because she had it hidden, she would not give it to me and would not give me a pin to write down the customer service number or get the names of the employees that were helping me. Then she started advancing to me and arguing after she was out of work like she was hard? and a manager had to hold her back and tell her that she was off the clock and to go home! I had an amazing experience dealing with this pharmacy. My wife was on a business trip in Pecos and needed he diabetes supplies transferred from out of state from another pharmacy ASAP. I was dealing with insurance issues and being thrown back and forth to get this to happen but Marcus, the pharmacy manager in Pecos, was super helpful. She went to pick this up and our arrival time was 15 minutes after they closed and they helped get this emergency medicine pick up figured out.
