They were suppose to call vet to verify prescription on Monday. I said I could call to remind you to call them, and he said they wouldn't forget to call. Today's Tuesday, vet's closed on Tuesday, and they didn't reach out to the vet on Monday. I call to see if my prescription is ready and I get the news, Walmart didn't call them. Put a request in for a medication for my daughter to be dye free due to allergies and the dr even specified dye free. A technician said their preferred supplier don't make a dye free option and to go somewhere else. After talking to the rude technician he found an alternative but said corporate has to approve and they can't do it again.
I confirmed that my prescription was called in and that the pharmacist was called; I was there when it was called in. When I got there the tech said there was nothing in the system and the pharmacist well within earshot and not working on anything just ignored the situation. Based on the above, I think that either the pharmacist didn't do their job, the tech lied to avoid work (I did arrive about 5-10 minutes before closing but I was also the only one there), or Walmart's database is flawed. They are very unprofessional and are quite unfriendly. I filled my prescriptions with them for a little over three months and several times was missing important medications and was treated as if I was imposing on them when I asked. Will NEVER do business at Walmart again!
