I would leave less than a star if able. I do not understand how as a functioning company you can be so incompetent. Try to call the pharmacy to refill medications and because YOU made an error in your system I have to fight to get medication refilled. You lost another customer. Poor service.
I’ve been out Karen-ed! The lady who is wearing a Covid mask in 2025, who is apparently a manager, literally raised her voice at me when i asked her a simple question. This is ridiculous, she doesn’t need to be working there. I’d rather just shop in Detroit tbh
New person working was totally clueless and straight lied to my face I left and ordered online
Had my insulin in stock, fast friendly service and genuinely cared for my needs
