Called in to refill my script was told it was on back order for months. When I asked to have it transfered to another pharmacy by fax I was told no and they hung up on me. Very rude to deal with. I will be transferring all my meds to another pharmacy. They have lost a valued customer as I will no longer shop at Walmart either if this is how they treat customers
My vet had called 2 medications in for my dog two times within the past week and a half. Both times I called to see if they were ready they claimed they never got the phone call. I had to bother my vet who is extremely busy to call them in again. Calling to check to see if your prescriptions are ready and on hold for a half hour is beyond frustrating as well.
Every person I dealt with went above and beyond!
I would leave less than a star if able. I do not understand how as a functioning company you can be so incompetent. Try to call the pharmacy to refill medications and because YOU made an error in your system I have to fight to get medication refilled. You lost another customer. Poor service.
