I went through the drive thru today and I let the lady know I had a coupon on my phone and she says I need to come in to give it to them. I let her know last time they were able to take it through the drive thru. She says she can’t but she’ll get someone else who has the authority. Worst pharmacy that walmart has. How it stays open is beyond me. From the middle aged rude heavy set black female wearing glasses and a skull cap who doesn't know the impotence of customer service. Its a toss up who's the problem. 1 prescription ready out of 3 and NO ONE takes responsibility for the screw up but wants me to wait "20 ... maybe 30" minutes really????? Is there a better pharmacy in Midlothian????
