Girl at the counter was sweet, patient, and helpful. Offered to call for me to get something fixed. Pharmacist was knowledgeable and approachable. Corporate pharmacies aren't usually known for their sharp customer service skills but this place is great.
It is so frustrating that their refill recording message says your Rx will be ready after 4pm the next day. It is just not true. They put your refill in the queue when you physically get to the front of the line at the store. They should change their message, or the way they run the pharmacy.
We just transferred to this pharmacy and I'm definitely happy with my choice. The staff was friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Our prescriptions were ready and the wait for the consultation with the pharmacist was very short. I've always loved Walmart here in Corvallis for their great prices and courteous service and now I love their pharmacy just as much.
