Had an issue with a prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy that I needed ASAP and Sohaly was amazing! She called the other pharmacy and got it all figured out within a few minutes. Excellent customer service!!!
I had my vaccines done here. The pharmacist did a really great job. I thought I had forgotten my third dose, but when I called, they were able to look it up. Saved me from an extra jab.
The lead pharmacist here, Karmjit Kaur, told us a very expensive medication wasn't covered. We had to fight tooth and nail with insurance between 2 insurance companies. After 2-3 months of coming here, it was finally revealed that the pharmacist did not properly put in the right insurance information. They intially led us t to believe we had to change the much-needed medication for my father, who had gone back and forth in hospitals.
