The Pharmacist' as well as the Tech' always go out of their way to make sure I have what I need. Always Friendly.
Walmart pharmacy refuses to fill prescriptions same day. They need 3 whole days to get it done. They don’t answer phones and are low staff. My prescription was due and called in by my doctor and they still wouldn’t fill it on that day… why? My prescription was called in two days prior!? You can’t talk to anyone it’s all automated. Strongly recommend choosing a different pharmacy.
Difficult pharmacy manager. Seriously, get off your egotistical high horse. I shouldn't be met by a wall when trying to fill a prescription, especially when I go out of my way every time I fill to ensure a smooth transaction. Tired of dealing with insensitive men in the healthcare field.
We are OTR truck drivers and sometimes run out of medication on the road thousands of miles from home. I was out of meds and we were at the local truck stop when we took a chance to call Walmart pharmacy. I spoke to Serena (?) who was nothing short of excellent and completely understand the difficulties of being on the road. Inexcusably incompetent. They're so frequently out of my medications that they've told me to call ahead to check availability...isn't that their job? Fill prescriptions on time? They also give you the classic runaround of claiming that you didn't opt for auto fill, in spite of working with a tech multiple times doing so. Just not worth going to.
