They are always friendly, helpful, and the pharmacist is a rockstar. She listens and tries to solve any problems that come up with medications, insurance, etc. I have kept my prescriptions here for years just because of the customer service!
Y’all - I love this pharmacy. No matter who answers the phone or the window - they are always cheerful and helpful! I have had some nightmare experiences with larger corporate pharmacies and preferred to use locally owned, but this one is great!
Went to get my flu shot and 2 weeks ago and my arm is still bruised. I have never had this happen before
I transferred two of my prescriptions here due to a new insurance. The transfer process was great and done entirely through the portal. One of my medications is ready, however my second is out of stock and the phone system says they need further information. No problem, but when calling to see when I can expect it or what the information they need is, the phone processor hangs up on me. Weird, but regardless of the technical issues, Bic, the pharmacy manager, was so kind and quick. Will transfer all of my Rx here.
