Terrible, trying to transfer out for my parents, they making all excuses not to do it. Had my new pharmacy on hold here and there for 50 mins. Saying they are too busy to call pt to confirm. Refusing transfer to other pharmacy. Pharmacist Kai is terrible, told tech Joanne to hold up on the pharmacy. I will report yo board of pharmacy, terrible to delay patient care
