I have called to speak with the pharmacy at least 5 times in a row. Iv'e been put on hold at least 30 minutes each time.. I'm going to change my pharmacy. They don't even take a breath before they put you on hold.They ain't Publicks to say the least!!!!!!!!! For sure!!!!never again!!!
There's a reason this pharmacy has a 3.8 rating. Probably the most rude workers I have ever encountered, especially for a pharmacy who is supposed to be customer oriented. Just reminds me why I cannot stand shopping at Walmart for any reason. Wish my mother would move to another pharmacy so I would never have to return!
The Hispanic lady who works at the pharmacy is very rude and arrogant; she yells at customers very rudely and treats them as if she were the owner of the pharmacy.
