3 times they've held onto scripts without filling, even after I've asked to have prescriptions filled SEVERAL TIMES. I had called to inquire why we are still waiting on meds. Was told on the phone "we'll we are really backed up with 400 prescriptions." All of a sudden, the scripts were filled after I advised them that we had called AND in person asked for then and they got them filed in 40 minutes. They broke the law. Pharmacist Allen is as rude as can be! Interacted with him multiple times and he's never pleasant.
Currently waiting 30 minutes past the 20 minutes I was told to return in. Every customer after me has been helped promptly- not one has been sat like I have. I am Black and they are White. Just saying 🤷🏾♀️ mind you it’s my dads - very needed prescription that I filled two days ago. It’s currently 9:52 I am back in line. I first arrived at 9:14 a.m
Yikes not great rude pharmacist who wouldn't fill my script very weird has never happened before, but went to walgreens and they were great!!! Got filled right away no problems!
