I went there with my prescription in hand. They said they need to call the provider for confirmation because the prescription paper should be blue but it's not. Then they kept telling me I could pay $9.99 and get the medicine. I took the prescription and went to the CVS across the street and got my medicine without any question. They were trying to charge me for no reason.
They need to hire pharmacy techs who are fluent in English. The Asian (probably Vietnamese) one I spoke to was rude, cutting me off and raising her voice in broken English when I asked if she could check other locations online for the medication (similar to other pharmacies like Walgreens or CVS). It was a simple yes or no question but she was combative like I was bothering her. I don’t even know if she understood the question given her limited English.
