the only reason I can add stars to this pharmacy is for the pharmacist himself. the staff really slacks at their jobs and has incredibly rude customer service. once per month for 6 months I've had to call and argue about getting my medication filled on time. they refused to updated my phone number multiple times after telling them in person and on the phone, but want to patronize me as if I don't understand the industry. I shouldn't be belittled for needing medication by any medical professional. I am switching pharmacies
HORRIBLE treatment from an associate named BAO, Super Rude
I have been using this pharmacy for a year. If they are super busy, like anywhere I need to eait my turn to have my prescription filled. I always let them know I will be waiting in the store or if I am at the bench and have never had an issue with receiving my prescription. Everyone is kind, professional and helpful. After waiting for a free pharmacy associate, I give them my information. They find my refilled prescription and take payment. But, I have to wait again for the pharmacist to hand me the prescription. Every time! It’s just reflux medication for goodness sake! I’ve been taking this medication for years. For refills, it would be quicker if the associate could just hand me the prescription instead of having to wait for the pharmacist.
I have been going to this pharmacy for some years now and every single time I visit them I am met with the most kind, supportive and helpful people ever. They go above and beyond to make sure you get your medication in a timely manner and I feel genuinely cared for. Ethan and Sherawn are two of the most amazing people there and they are always going above and beyond to make sure I’m all set.
