So I went in to get my controlled medicine. They asked me a bunch a questions about why im on it and stuff like that which is fine if she had knowledge about the drug. When I asked to speak to pharmacist she said they stepped out and im like are you supposed to be selling this with no pharmacist on duty. Then the lady turned really rude when I noticed she had not knowledge about what the drug was used for. Idk I have never had this experience with walmart but the one in shepardsville is way different.
Absolutely awful place ever since Chris Mack took over as pharmacist. Used to be a very peaceful pharmacy with sweet techs. No surprise to me that none of those familiar faces are there anymore. I spoke to him about my medication and was treated like I had no idea about my own condition or the medication I’m putting in my own body. The “lead” tech was belittling, rude, dismissive, immature, and like she’d rather be anywhere else but helping me. Definitely not a good look. muy rápida y efectiva la atención
No one ever answers the phone. I have to wait while it rings (for many minutes) until it times out and hangs up a minimum of two cycles before someone answers, if they ever do. Just tried calling 3 times and gave up. As a business, especially a pharmacy handling people's medication, you should answer the phone. Some of the women there are nice though so 2 stars instead of 1.
