Absolutely awful place ever since Chris Mack took over as pharmacist. Used to be a very peaceful pharmacy with sweet techs. No surprise to me that none of those familiar faces are there anymore. I spoke to him about my medication and was treated like I had no idea about my own condition or the medication I’m putting in my own body. The “lead” tech was belittling, rude, dismissive, immature, and like she’d rather be anywhere else but helping me. Definitely not a good look. muy rápida y efectiva la atención
No one ever answers the phone. I have to wait while it rings (for many minutes) until it times out and hangs up a minimum of two cycles before someone answers, if they ever do. Just tried calling 3 times and gave up. As a business, especially a pharmacy handling people's medication, you should answer the phone. Some of the women there are nice though so 2 stars instead of 1.
Absolutely terrible, they closed 20 minutes early and wouldn’t give me my sons prescription for strep antibiotics. I guess them getting off early is more important than giving people the medicine they need. It’s not my fault that they are deathly slow in providing service, just plain terrible.
