Several times I have had to hassle about prescriptions called in that Dr. sent with multiple refills. Once they wouldn’t fill mine because they showed they gave me two, but they only gave me one. Had to argue before they said they would check the cameras and it would take several hours. They had only given me one! Nothing fits in the drive thru tube, so I have to pull around to front of the store! Grrr
Good luck getting a person on the line. You'll get put on hold before you get two words out of your mouth.
The pharmacist has informed my daughter that I won't be able to get my scripts filled there anymore so I guess I'll change pharmacy . No problem but I will be talking to lawyer about this and the urologist
