You can never get them on the phone to ask about a med. They put you on hold and never answer the phone again. I’m switching pharmacies asap
I was a little irritated when a rude pharmacist tried to contradict my dr on a script for estrogen. If it continues I will definitely change pharmacies .
Several times I have had to hassle about prescriptions called in that Dr. sent with multiple refills. Once they wouldn’t fill mine because they showed they gave me two, but they only gave me one. Had to argue before they said they would check the cameras and it would take several hours. They had only given me one! Nothing fits in the drive thru tube, so I have to pull around to front of the store! Grrr
Good luck getting a person on the line. You'll get put on hold before you get two words out of your mouth.
