Have never been disappointed or left without a needed medication from this pharmacy. The people there are kind, helpful, knowledgeable and I am very pleased I moved all of my RX from another pharmacy to this one.
Left Walgreens 1620 B-way Tyler and transferred to Walmart NHM on Frankston Hwy. Walgreens is just insane: the cost of medications and the customer service 🟰 terrible!!! I had my mothers prescriptions transferred. She’s on Medicare with no prescription coverage. The discounted list helps so much, she now pays $10 for 90 day supply instead of $75. Very slow service at the pharmacy. I've been sitting in the drive through 15 minutes, after helping all the people at the inside counter, the ONLY clerk on duty did help us and was very friendly and professional, even gifting us a little care package that was left over from their health fair the day before so I would give her 5 stars for her job performance, but still rate Walmart at 1 star for not staffing enough people to operate their business. Soon it will be self-checkout in the pharmacy too. SMH
