This is by far the worst store ever. Called in 7 times for my mom's diabetic medications , they kept placing me on holds for 20 minutes without no answer. The person who answers the calls she keeps plaving people on holds,If you are looking for a good store this is not it !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run while you can !!
Supercenter Plainfield Walmart! A male pharmacist and an older female were very rude and short they kept saying 1 thing and not explaining anything. I call back next day and the male pharmacist was very helpful, spoke professional and explained the situation. I didn't even know I was using my insurance, I thought I was using goodrx. But very tired of the way some employee's talk to people, they are rude and careless. If yall could get the few rude and disrespectful employees out of there this would be a great pharmacy.
