I’ve found the staff to be kind and helpful. I’ve received vaccines there a couple of times and both pharmacists were good at giving shots. I have one Rx there.
Always friendly and knowledgeable.
I had my doctor send a prescription here and called ahead to confirm it would be ready. I was told it would be filled within two hours. When I arrived later that day, I was told the medication was sold out and to keep calling back to check availability. No one notified me, and if had I know I would have transferred it elsewhere. When I asked about alerts, I was told to just keep calling. The lack of communication and consideration was frustrating. I hope they improve how they handle updates and respect patients’ time.
