I had my doctor send a prescription here and called ahead to confirm it would be ready. I was told it would be filled within two hours. When I arrived later that day, I was told the medication was sold out and to keep calling back to check availability. No one notified me, and if had I know I would have transferred it elsewhere. When I asked about alerts, I was told to just keep calling. The lack of communication and consideration was frustrating. I hope they improve how they handle updates and respect patients’ time.
They are very informative regarding medication as well as vaccination..I had no idea that they offer these services.Jimmy was very nice and patient.
