⸻ 1-Star Review “Medicare Patients — Check Your Prices Carefully!” I want to alert other Medicare recipients to double-check your prescription prices at Walmart Pharmacy (1650 San Pablo Rd S, Jacksonville). My husband’s prescription (Medicare Part D) should have cost $9 according to both Medicare and the Walmart app — but we were charged $24 cash instead. I’ve been utilizing this pharmacy for about a year now after leaving a different pharmacy that starts with a “W” after having a not so great experience. ;) I love this pharmacy. The staff is amazing especially Mikey, Bernard and Mary. They are always so warm and inviting (welcome me on a first name basis at this point). It seems I always have something crazy going on with my prescriptions but they are always patient and have wonderful communication so I’m never left wondering what’s going on with my refills. Been with this pharmacy for probably 5 years now and I’ll never leave them! All staff members are amazing. They are the definition of excellent customer service… friendly, efficient, and hardworking. These guys are the best! Love them
I have been with pharmacy well over 10 years. The pharmacist and their assistance are extremely helpful. They get to know you by name. They take time to speak with you. They will go out of their way to solve a problem you might have. You will not regret making this your pharmacy of choice.
