I want to express my gratitude to the lovely team you have at your Pharmacy, special thanks to Jochi, Deanna and Julien who went above and beyond to help me get the medicine for my dad who has Parkinson’s. After many visits trying to get the medicine at the pharmacy store 00857 in Sanford, for almost 2 weeks they kept saying the medicine was on backorder, and were always placing an order again, and when asking to check with another store, they did nothing, and even told me there was nothing else they can do. Extremely slow waited over 30 mins for a ready ointment for my son ridiculously slow I would go to Walgreens instead nearby this place will not save you time very rude staff I hope manager reaches out very unprofessional behavior from Ericka
