I do not know her last name but the pharmacist that's name is Brenda is amazing at everything she does, she always is working so hard to do what she can and trys her all to get my daughter's medicine when she needs it and I just wanted to let her know that she is an amazing person and I appreciate all she does for us and thank u so much and have a blessed day.
Staff are mostly helpful, even going above and beyond. Especially certain pharmacists. Though, some of the info provided may not be completely accurate according to their literature per medications. They don't always know the answers and will sometimes look up what they don't know. I feel like that should be an all the time thing though, to look up info. Some staff are almost rude. Your lead tech is the best of the bunch. And the pharmacy hours for this location are wrong on other sources like Yelp and Apple Maps.
The pharmacy tecks were amazing. The female pharmacist, however, refuses to put her ear up to the phone when you talk to her. Then, when she cannot hear you, she rudely scoffs at you and demands someone else talk to you. Very unprofessional, rude, lacking in customer service skills.
Great service and friendly staff.
