Anita is the best, took some vaccines from her she is so cooperative and so helpful
Honestly didn't think it could get worse than Walgreens but it can. Called at 9am to confirm my prescription pickup in the afternoon before a trip. Was told to come in, so I did. Got there and the guy said it would be 10- minutes. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Got to the front and the guy said they were out of my prescription and didn't have it in stock. Going back to Walgreens. This level of ineptitude is ridiculous.
Not able to talk to anyone, just opened at 9am it's 9:01now and already placed on hold, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Dropped off a prescription and told to wait in store as text would be sent shortly when ready No text and when walked to pharmacy they had closed hours after script submitted Arrived next day at noon and told script was not ready and I should wait “ fifteen minutes “ Still waiting The employee smiles sarcastically but obviously does not care Very poor patient care Elaina Wilkins, pharmacy manager , is either not on task or performing poorly
