DO NOT USE WALMART PHARMACY! I had surgery yesterday (Friday) afternoon and my doctors called in pain meds for the first few days of recovery. Apparently Walmart has some goofy policy where they have to call your dr regarding any pain meds EVEN THOUGH THE DOCTOR HIMSELF WAS THE ONE THAT SENT IT IN… long story short, they can’t reach the doctor because it’s the weekend so I get to go without meds all weekend (it’s a holiday weekend at that) all because Walmart has a bad policy. AVOID THIS PHARMACY, go anywhere else.
Jordan and the main pharmacy tech has treated me so rude during my time of having a prior authorization. They act like I’m just a terrible person. I used to think they were so nice until they have to actually do their jobs
Super friendly staff and fast pickup times. I go weekly for prescription pickup and they have remembered my name which means a lot
Because you can't leave a zero. We just switched to Walmart Pharmacy after we spoke to them about transferring all of our prescriptions. We were told everything would be better. We had given them all of our information about our insurance and our prescriptions. The first prescription we filled was four times higher than what it had previously been. My prescriptions always sit in limbo for no reason and I can't call to figure out why cause they just hang up on you. When you go they always say they can fill it immediately ( so why was it in limbo for days then). I'm always patient but when I put it in long before and it's getting to the end of my current bottle I or my husband always have to go in and ask what is going on and it's basically nothing they could have had it done all along. THE OLDER WOMAN WITH BANGS AND GLASSES IS EXTREMELY RUDE EVERYTIME.
