Always excellent!
Would give 0 stars if I could. There are a few kind employees here; HOWEVER, the ones who are unkind are unnecessarily rude. As a Type 1 Diabetic, my world is difficult enough, but being belittled for asking if the savings card that my endocrinologist gave me went through (so that one of my 3 monthly prescriptions would ring up as $10 instead of $40)is over the line. My husband asked if they could double check, and a lady working in the back came up and yelled, “YOU’RE PAYING $40!” Take your scripts somewhere else; we are.
Every time one of my prescription is filled I constantly have to call and have them mail them to me and I always receive them late. Now this month my trazodon was filled and once again I had to call and I was told that they keep putting in my file all prescriptions needs to be mailed and so far I haven't received my prescription even though it was sent by using FedEx and I can't find out why I haven't gotten it. Can someone please get things straightened out because I haven't been able to sleep without my trazodon.
I've used this pharmacy for years now and even though we moved to Pearcy, Ar I continue to use this pharmacy ALL because of ONE magnificent employee who goes above and beyond for every single customer. Ms. Michelle is absolutely one in a million. She is the perfect role model for how a customer service representative in a pharmacy should be and it's clear to see how much she TRULY cares about her customers and their health/ well being.
