This is my favorite pharmacy on the front range. I have tried dozens over the past 10 years, and so far, this location has proven to be one of the best. It's always easy to talk to a pharmacist, refilling is simple, and there is rarely a wait longer than 5-10 minutes. The employees are also polite, and I have never had a bad experience here. Highly recommended.
So I’ve been 3 times to pick up my mental health meds and 3 times they will not give my med to me unless I present a Medicaid card…….. I have my number in my head to give them yet they need the card in order to give me my mental health drugs. They ask me for my card I say I don’t have a card they never asked me for my number and I will give it to them without the card.
I will never use this pharmacy again. This is the second time the pharmacist thinks they know more than my surgeon does as far as what I need for medication and how much. I didn’t think of counting pills while I was there because why would a pharmacist think they know better of what I needed over my Dr. This is the second time now that I will be without medication when out of the country due to this.
