Always helpful and professional. I love this pharmacy and the staff.
The employees at this pharmacy are great. They are very helpful and do their jobs well. I am generally greeted by my name. I no longer live close to this location, but after dealing with 2 pharmacies close to my house (both had problems), I returned to this one.
Nice people but I can tell like most Oregon Pharmacies and Urgent Cares, they’re not use to Vet Insurance like Triwest. I tried explaining over the phone on how to bill it but when I arrived they were able to not with my usual Social and License but with my retirement ID 🤨…..so if your a Vet even though they say you can use your license and social nope……glad I found some base out here even though it was Navy, they helped 🪪
I would like to submit a complaint about a pharmacy that I would not recommend for time-sensitive prescriptions. Over the past four months, I have had to visit this pharmacy at least three times each month in order to get my prescription filled. Unfortunately, during my last visit, they were unable to fill it on time, resulting in me being kick off the ability to receive my medication.
