One of the pharmacists Jasmine went above and beyond to verify and fill a prescription for me. She did what she did not to have to in order to help me out.
Jasmine at the Walmart pharmacy provided outstanding service. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was handled correctly. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good—Jasmine truly went above and beyond. Horrible service on the phone. Horrible service in person. Slow, unresponsive and unprofessional. I would advise people to use any other Walmart pharmacy except this one. The Walmart on John Young and Sand Lake is awesome. That is a really good pharmacy.
