I shop at Neenah Walmart almost exclusively. I am handicapped and require an electronic cart. In the last six weeks I have had to wait for a cart at least half a dozen times or had to switch carts every visit because it they ran out of power. On one visit I had to switch carts 3 times in half an hour. The employees are always extremely helpful but I am disappointed with the maintenance and availability of the carts.
