I picked up a prescription today and the 2nd medication hadn’t been filled. The Pharmacy Technician apologized and offered to have the Pharmacist fill it within 15 minutes. Shopped around and got a text message 10 minutes later. I have never had any bad experiences at this pharmacy. Love it!
Pharmacy Dept. had our Dental office on hold for 25minutes to call in a RX for a patient. Unacceptable!! We are all busy trying to help patients, leaving message was not an option.
So insensitive. So rude. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect from a pharmacy before until today. I felt so judged for my prescription. Shame on them for making me feel terrible. I know life is not easy, humanity can be challenging, maybe you could be having a bad day but please be better, there was no reason to treat me as you did, I was just looking for help. I will not be returning to Walmart, I do not wish to feel the way you have made me feel today again. Best regards to the women who choose to be unkind today.
I was in this Pharmacy yesterday and need to write a review about how friendly and efficient their crew was. I was taken in quick, lady who helped me was smiling and offered me all sort of help like fixing my address with my insurance what has nothing to do with Her job. medicine I was picking up was ready in a time manner and Pharmacist came over and explained really well how to manager the meds. Well done for workers working on a Sunday, if you know what I mean!
