I went in the morning & they said they would have the medication ready at 2pm , went to pick up at 3:30pm and say they actually didn’t even have the medication in stock so it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I pick up my grandmothers medication and she has gone without because of how bad they are unorganized here. They don’t update, or even give the customer a correct estimate of pick up time and day. I’ll be picking up some prescriptions later and wanted to leave a review. I’ve always had a good experience here! Great job, everyone!
Was told prescription would be ready in an hour and a half. I show up 2 and a half hours later and they said it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow after 2pm. They got my phone number to text me updates, but yet failed to let me know not to come back until the next day. Last time I come here. They always lacking at least one medicine, always. Next time go to Lee’s.
