I went to this Walmart on Friday. Mr. Scott is the manager here. There are two employees helping out. One of them, named Fran, hardly knows how to do anything. She told me I'd have 30 pills in 15 minutes. I waited, and after 30 minutes, I still didn't get them! This is the first time I've been so annoyed. Why didn't they tell me to come back later? Horrible. I got a text the rx was ready. I go to pick it up and the woman says its not ready but will have it ready in 10 - 15 minutes. I checked the time of 1:20. I got another text saying it was ready again, i get back to the counter at 1:30 and the pharmacy was closed for lunch. I told a manager and all she could say was she cant get the rx. I have been using this pharmacy for two and a half years now. Even though I don't live by it anymore I still choose to go there because the pharmacist Rick and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they have quality service. Very professional and I recommend using this Walmart pharmacy if you don't have a pharmacy.
