I reached out to the pharmacy by phone close to closing hours and expressed I would be there about 7:03 in dire need of my medication that had recently been filled and was ready. When I arrived, all the staff was literally still halfway in the pharmacy doorway..had not even shut the door yet but refused to service me because they were "closed". Dont use this pharmacy. They have a pill skimmer on board. Prescriptions often short on pills and they don't even care or replace them. Report them to the NC pharmacy Board like I did. I now use another pharmacy..and no shortages of pills!
We’ve been going here for years. When we’ve run out of a prescription that we’ve been taking [for years] and we’re out of refills - they can usually cover us with an emergency refill for a couple days. Especially if it’s a medication that you can’t stop taking abruptly. Or if it’s a holiday weekend for example, and the doctor can’t authorize a refill for a couple days. I've been going to the Beeson Neighborhood Pharmacy for 9 years and they are absolutely wonderful. One of the pharmacists, Jenny, has been there forever and always has a big smile and answers all of my questions and explains everything so well. She's 1 of a kind!!! There are quite a few pharmacy techs and they're very nice and do a great job! Best pharmacy I've ever used.
