Got a recorded call I have a med to refill, didn’t say which but you can call the pharmacy which I did. A young female voice who sounded with a “I hate my job Tone” answered saying Walmart pharmacy please hold, not asking can I hold, which I did for over 10mins never came back to me.. really? Most there are very helpful with good attitudes.. not this person!
The staff is always kind and helpful
I have never had a problem with this location. I'm kept informed of when my prescriptions will be filled and notified when the are ready for pickup. This staff is friendly polite and helpful.
I typically go to another location (Power and Ray Rd.) however my Dr called in my Rx to the incorrect location. The staff at the Market location are not good to deal with. They were RUDE, did not communicate and definitely made us feel like we were an inconvenience! Will be transferring all scripts to the Power location where they are kind, efficient and brilliant. Market pharmacy staff, shameful and disrespectful attitudes.
