Originally my prescription went to Frys, however they did not have it in stock nor did any other frys in the surrounding area. So I then called this pharmacy to confirm they had my medication In stock before transferring the prescription. The lady on the phone confirmed they did and they had plenty of it. Well the next day when my prescription finally transfers over I then get a text saying it was out of stock and would be 1-2 days until it’s ready. I have never been to a friendly Pharmacy until I came here! Ellen, Kennedy and Dane are more than wonderful they are terrific at what they do. Their customer service is above 5 stars. I would give infinity stars for this guy and ladies if they had that many stars. Please recognize these employees. Thank you all for the terrific job that you all do, and always smiling
I just barely switched my rx here but WOW the difference between Walmart and Walgreens is huge. I was treated like a human. The pharmacist I spoke to- Kennedy, was so helpful and cheerful it really really improved my outlook bcuz I was considering trying to get off my meds due to feeling awful on/off meds all the time..constant issues with filling them at Walgreens and how they spoke to me over the phone as well. The other Walmart pharmacy on Ruthrauff also was very kind and informative to deal with.
