At first I didn’t want to have my groceries delivered cause I like to pick stuff out myself. But I had to quit driving and had no choice. I have to say I have been extremely happy. They do a good job picking stuff out. Very polite and helpful. Now they have forgotten an item a couple times but they always make good by it. One time an item wasn’t available and they offered to deliver it later that day. One item…and no charge. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner. I had a really positive and remarkable experience at the Pharmacy today. As soon as the pharmacy tech Kennedy saw me, she greeted me by name that surprised me so much and immediately made me feel seen and valued. That small moment meant a lot it felt personal, not just transactional.
