I had a really positive and remarkable experience at the Pharmacy today. As soon as the pharmacy tech Kennedy saw me, she greeted me by name that surprised me so much and immediately made me feel seen and valued. Excellent place!. People here are very friendly.
Originally my prescription went to Frys, however they did not have it in stock nor did any other frys in the surrounding area. So I then called this pharmacy to confirm they had my medication In stock before transferring the prescription. The lady on the phone confirmed they did and they had plenty of it. Well the next day when my prescription finally transfers over I then get a text saying it was out of stock and would be 1-2 days until it’s ready.
