I have never been to a friendly Pharmacy until I came here! Ellen, Kennedy and Dane are more than wonderful they are terrific at what they do. Their customer service is above 5 stars. I would give infinity stars for this guy and ladies if they had that many stars. Please recognize these employees. Thank you all for the terrific job that you all do, and always smiling
I just barely switched my rx here but WOW the difference between Walmart and Walgreens is huge. I was treated like a human. The pharmacist I spoke to- Kennedy, was so helpful and cheerful it really really improved my outlook bcuz I was considering trying to get off my meds due to feeling awful on/off meds all the time..constant issues with filling them at Walgreens and how they spoke to me over the phone as well. The other Walmart pharmacy on Ruthrauff also was very kind and informative to deal with.
Why did she ask my ID to pay for over the counter stuff... no idea!
I called on April 23,2025 and was told my medication would be ready on April 24,2025 by Sophie My only day I was able to get my diabetes medication. It is now April 25,2024 and I called in because I have gone without my medication and Dane who said was helping Sophie said it’s not available not even giving me the option for the 15 day supply that was available on April 23,2025 instead of the 30 day supply that they had said will be available on the 24th. Excellent service and professional staff and a caring pharmacist. Outstanding service as a fully disabled veteran. They know how to take care of people. Thank you to the staff over there at the walmart pharmacy on la cholla.
