I called to transfer a prescription. I called to transfer a prescription. The lady who answered the phone asked, "Can I place you on hold?"; and before I had a chance to answer, (which would have been yes), I was placed on hold. I was on hold for 25 minutes, but nobody ever came back to the phone line. I do not recommend this pharmacy, unless you don't need your prescriptions.
Im confused as to what is happening with my prescription. Every time I go in to pick it up, I get told they "dont have it." They send me to the drop off window and tell me that they'll get it filled and to give them an hour. This happens every time. Now I am being told that when my doctor sends in my prescription refill, that it doesnt actually get filled but just put on hold. But then why isn't it showing in your system anymore?
