Made an online appointment to get a pneumonia vaccine. Arrived 15 min early. They weren't open. 2 people were behind the screen doing stuff. At 9 am, the screen went up and one person sauntered out and started pecking at one of the service terminal computers. I waited. He gave up and moved to the next terminal to see if he could get that one going. There was only 1 person in a white lab coat in addition to the cashier.
