My doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy and I was told I couldn't get it until the next day after 1. I decided to call the pharmacy myself, Katie answered the phone and she was polite and patient. I explained the urgency of my situation and she asked me to hold a moment and came back with the news I really needed to hear. My prescription would be ready in a hour. They are always very helpful at this location but this is a cause for applause. Thanks Katie I really appreciate your extra effort.
