At first I wasn't getting any courtesy, but service has improved quite a bit over the 3 years that I have been going here. If a pharm tech can't help, next ask for a pharmacist. Lastly, if it involves communication between the pharmacy and your doctor, see the Drop off window attendant. He or she has the computer and all the up to date info. Above all, be patient. A pharmacy has HUNDREDS of customers and steps to do for each Rx.
