Massive hippa violation staff was very rude discriminated against my handicapped child and denied us service for questioning them and their policy. That they were quoting incorrectly and I looked up!!! Four clarification and ask them to clearly show mean in writing.... Staff was seriously on a power trip and then management backed there employee even though they were very clearly in the wrong
