The pharmacist and others were very helpful
I am soon to turn 75 and yesterday I had one of the most unpleasant experiences that I have ever had. As I have done for at least four years, I called the automated phone system and was given a day and time when I could retrieve my refilled prescription. A young woman tech on duty yesterday rudely lectured me that I was wrong to have not spoken with a representative before stopping by. In a harsh and unpleasant tone, she said I should have known that the medication is controlled and required a conversation with a technician.... read more
