They will not call you and tell you to send your prescription into a different Walmart. They wait till you get there and they tell you Sol no apology or nothing. Hopefully you don't need anything life saving from them they don't care and won't let you know they can't fill it even though the other Walmart can oh and you need to call your doctor again because we don't transfer over the prescription like every other pharmacy
I am soon to turn 75 and yesterday I had one of the most unpleasant experiences that I have ever had. As I have done for at least four years, I called the automated phone system and was given a day and time when I could retrieve my refilled prescription. A young woman tech on duty yesterday rudely lectured me that I was wrong to have not spoken with a representative before stopping by.
