I don't know what happened in the pharmacy but the staff is absolute garbage now. What used to take 3 minutes now takes 10. What happened to the old staff that actually did their jobs? Farmed out to other low performing, lower income stores I'm sure. They closed down the Walgreens near here due to theft... Big surprise.

I would appreciate Walmart having workers on the floor to unlock items. I’m tired of watching Walmart employees standing around and talking. They do not answer the buzzer. I’m tired of waiting to get an item because you have lazy employees.

I had a really positive experience at the Walmart pharmacy when I went in to pick up a prescription, and it honestly made the whole process feel easy and stress free. My prescription was already ready when I arrived, which I really appreciated because there is nothing worse than expecting a quick stop and finding out you need to wait. The medication was counted correctly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the accuracy and care they put into their work. What stood out most to me was how clearly everything was explained.
