Holiday hours online are posted incorrectly & the lady at the pharmacy was extremely rude when I was there an hour early to pick up my baby’s meds for an ear infection. No willingness to help or explain the laws that prohibit her from helping when a pharmacist isn’t in.
I have never seen such poor customer service. I waited in line with 5 other people, 20 min, with only 1 cashier and literally 6 people in the back part of pharmacy. Someone in the back asked for someone to help cashier. No one responded. Now mind you, one of the people, I know cashiers, was organizing empty bags on hangers. REALLY! Costumer service is below zero. The lady over there needs to get a life and choose the next profession if she is not happy there. She is very rude and told me Walmart policy is a big thing and it’s above the law. I just asked her for a script, I am a caregiver and she refused to give me telling refills won’t get a script and it’s a law. I am posting this review for the staff at Walmart Pharmacy , specifically Chris (I believe he is the Technician). My father has been coming to your pharmacy since 2019, and he has never had a bad experience. He has always been welcomed with so much respect, and he always talks about how nice everyone is and how they address him by his name.
