Do not use this pharmacy if you have a choice, spent 4 months trying to get a prescription filled. I had to follow up every week, they never called back, never followed up with me on their own until today, 4 months later, when they said they could not get my prescription and we would need to try a different medication. They wasted 4 months of my time without any care about what it was doing to me. Find a pharmacy that actually cares about you. I dealt with 4 different employees too so the whole places is run poorly.
I've been going to the pharmacy since 2018. I used to live off of 35th and Peoria and still go to this Walmart neighborhood pharmacy because they always go the extra mile and they do such a great job with getting my prescriptions filled with discount cards and with the right insurance and they always go the extra mile. Great atmosphere
I am done with the Walmart pharmacy at this location. The pharmacist manager accused me of having a fraudulent prescription and that my provider wasn't allowed to prescribe to me ??? Also questioning why my doctor's office is in Gilbert. None of your business... After having my doctor's office call and clarify authenticity, you would think as a manager she would have apologized. Pharmacy technician was lovely. Pharmacist did not even introduce herself before speaking in a very condescending tone right before hanging up on me. Calling in as a prescriber, one would expect a basic level of professionalism from one clinic to another. Lighten up a little! (:
