I do not recommend this pharmacy for your family or loved ones. They were not correctly filling the medications that the Dr. prescribed. They only gave 2 pens when a whole pack of six pens was prescribed by the Dr. Then when you attempt to speak with them about this they are terribly rude. Something is amiss and unethical in this pharmacy. What happened to all the pens that were prescribed but you never gave ? They do not value people's health or well being here at all. Alexis is phenomenal!!! I witnessed her training an associate she's very polite, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful as well as professional!!
My mom came here to pick up her prescription and there was a mix up. The foreign lady pharmacist was rude. Why chose to work in a business for people who need medicine, but you can't go out of your way to assist them and make sure they leave with what they need. Instead of arguing and talking to us like we don't know why we're there
They didn’t give me the right medication and I was headed out of town. Called back and told them what happened, the pharmacist hung up on me and started declining my calls. Now I’m out of town with the wrong medication. Thanks Walmart Pharmacy on Albemarle Rd. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
