i requested to speak to a supervisor on 11/13/2024 at 2:55 pm . ashley told me there is no one else i can speak to but her.the man i was speaking with prior to her was very rude and put me on hold in the middle of me talking because he was mad I asked to speak to his boss. i would like corporate to contact me about the poor service i received in the pharmacy
I love going to Walmart Pharmacy. The staff is wonderful. Omar is great. I don’t know all the names of all of them, but they’re all very professional and very kind. Too bad they don’t have like a drive-through pharmacy there at Dearborn that would be wonderful as well.
Long wait worst service medicine was not complete. Told my mom yesterdayc she couldnt pay cash. She was fully discriminated when somone else paid cash did no provide her high blood pressure meds. Tried giving her 1out of 6 of her prescripciones..was told the other one was too expensive for her . Freaking pharmacist was not paying for it .we are who are you to say we cant afford.
